Tequila Don Julio 1942 and Johnnie Walker Team Up as Blue42 and Tap Siegelman Stable for Limited Edition Capsule in Celebration of the Big Game
The two spirits brands link up together for the very first time for a worthy cause.
Tequila Don Julio 1942 and Johnnie Walker Blue Label have partnered for the first time to introduce Blue42 (named after the classic quarterback cadence call), ahead of the Big Game next Sunday. The two iconic spirits have also collaborated with luxury streetwear brand Siegelman Stable for a clothing capsule that celebrates champions. The collection blends Siegelman Stable’s vintage equestrian aesthetic with Tequila Don Julio and Johnnie Walker’s timeless designs.
The Blue42 x Siegelman Stable capsule consists of a long sleeve T-shirt and new renditions of the brand’s signature cap. The caps, which come in tan/brown and navy/cream, are embroidered with the label’s harness motif alongside the Blue42 insignia. Rounding out the collection is a cotton long sleeve T-shirt in blue and gold, reflecting both Tequila Don Julio 1942 and Johnnie Walker Blue Label’s iconic colors. The Blue42 logo is also hand stitched on the front of the tops, while the back features line art of a horse scene, reminiscent of old school spirits ads. A portion of the proceeds from the limited-edition capsule will go towards an equine therapy program in the city of the winning team.

Siegelman Stable is a luxury streetwear label founded by Max Siegelman, who takes design inspirations from his family’s stable which was established by his father. The brand combines elements from harness racing and luxury sportswear to create vintage-inspired pieces such as embroidered caps, sweatshirts, jackets and more. The brand’s minimalist designs have gained popularity amongst fashion enthusiasts including big names such as Aaron Judge, Future, Justin Bieber, Kendall Jenner and more. Johnnie Walker and Tequila Don Julio will also be touching down in Phoenix to host a private Blue42 event with Siegelman Stable. At the event, a range of signature cocktails from the two spirit brands will be offered and guests will also be treated to DJ sets by Ruckus and MOS and surprise musical performances. Some might also have the opportunity to snag the limited-edition capsule.
