Covered in unique textures and colors, the skater’s first take on the hit silhouette is expected to release in the coming months via Nike SNKRS and select skate shops at a price of $125 USD. Original Story: Next year, Nike is slated to release an exclusive SB Dunk Low with Brazilian skateboard sensation Rayssa Leal. Leal gained global recognition at seven when aa video of her doing a heelflip in a fairy princess costume catapulted her into fame. By 11-years-old, she was the youngest street skater to take on the Women’s Final on the Street League Skateboarding World Tour. At 15-years-old, Leal created history, winning a silver medal at the sport’s Olympic premiere in the 2020 Tokyo Games.
The Rayssa Leal x Nike SB Dunk Low sees the classic low-top silhouette take on a pure platinum, deep royal blue, vivid purple, white and gum yellow palette. The shoe is constructed with a leather base and textile overlays with the medial heel featuring Rayssa’s logo. Smiley face charms are on the laces while the tongue labels and Swoosh logo match the Rayssa logo in purple.
Look out for the upcoming collaboration shoe, the Rayssa Leal x Nike SB Dunk Low, arriving in Spring 2024 at select retailers and online at Nike for $125 USD.
