With London Fashion Week officially wrapped up, the world’s fashion-hungry sneakerheads have a lot more time on their hands to vet out new sneakers — and thanks to the likes of Nike, Jordan Brand, adidas, ASICS, PUMA and more, there’s a lot to chose from over the next week. However, before we run into what’s coming over the next seven days, let’s look at what’s recently dominated the headlines.

On the feature front, Hypebeast spoke with Edison Chen about the inspiration behind his brand-new CLOT x adidas Originals Superstar while also Air Jordan 4 “Bred Reimagined” up against the 2019 Air Jordan 4 “Bred” in a feisty head-to-head.

As for the news, readers were treated to a first look at the Nike Dunk Low “University Red” with gum outsoles and the Swoosh also announced that the Air Zoom Spiridon “Sport Red” is set to return later this year. Elsewhere, Megan Thee Stallion linked up with Nike on a super-pink Air Max 97 collaboration and readers got a first look at the Air Jordan 2/3 hybrid sneaker.

Outside of Nike, Arc’teryx presented its first in-house trail footwear collection, while it also looks like Tyler, The Creator is starting to roll out his next GOLF WANG offering with a new Clarks Originals collaboration. Rounding things out, Merrell dropped the go-anywhere Moab Speed 2 GORE-TEX sneaker and New Balance revealed a new spring-ready 610v1 collection to keep people talking.

The shoe is designed with a mesh upper with a reflective printed logo, while its TPU toe cap, shank at the midsole, and heel clip sit alongside a rubber outsole and designed to be stepped on throughout the city. The sneaker honors Brown’s Māori roots and blends an earthy brown suede with natural mesh and green accents to pay homage to pounamu, a revered Māori stone.
