Our Legacy WORK SHOP x Tur Snowboards Unveil the "Bubo" Board

Our Legacy WORK SHOP has joined hands with Swedish-based slope-gear supplier Tur Snowboards to whip up the limited-edition “Bubo,” a peak performance riding board inspired by mini mal surfboards. With Our Legacy‘s in-house artist Hank Grüner on the graphics, the Bubo is just as fresh as it is functional.
Crafted from premium wood and blended with a wooden veneer top sheet for functionality and durability, the Bubo is described as an “experimental big volume board built for maximum float and buoyancy,” that is well-equipped for any slope conditions, able to navigate “both deep powder and hard-packed days when the soft snow is nowhere to be found.” The Bubo features the same maximum stability offered by mini mal surfboards, making smooth and rapid turning the default option.

“An overall added width with a volume-packed nose and tapered tail make the Bubo glide through the deepest of snow with ease and also help for great hold on-piste,” Our Legacy explains in a press release. Take a closer look at the Bubo in the gallery above.
