Orient has revealed a new reference featuring a luscious forest green dial — an exclusive colorway for the UK market. The timepiece is also the latest entry to Orient’s Classic and Simple Style series, a line that’s characterized by a traditional and retro look.

Attired in polished stainless steel, the new reference boast arrives in a 40.5mm wide watch case, paired with a dark brown alligator-style leather strap. All of the model’s iconic dial features are faithfully incorporated on the watch face of the new RN-AK0703E, this includes the 3 o’clock date window, an off-center 24-hour indicator on the 5 o’clock position, as well as the 10 o’clock sub-counter to indicate the day of the week.

Meanwhile, the dials’ charming and serene deep green color is embellished with rose-gold-hued Roman numerals and hands, while the chapter ring and sundial marking arrive in white for sophisticated visual contrast.

As for power, the watch runs on Orient’s Japan-made F6B22 caliber, an automatic, and mechanical in-house movement that provides the piece with up to 40 hours of power reserve, alongside 3 bars of water resistance.

The RN-AK0703E timepiece retails for £288 (approximately $363 USD) and is only available via Orient’s official UK website.
