nonnative x WILD THINGS Present Two GORE-TEX "DENALI" Jackets
The seasoned collaborators know how to meld fashion and functionality.
After first introducing their collaborative “EXPLORER PUFF JUMPER DENALI” jackets back in 2020, nonnative and WILD THINGS have again joined forces to turn WILD THINGS’ “PERTEX DENALI JACKET” silhouette into two new GORE-TEX-infused “EXPLORER PUFF JUMPER” models. While the two new silhouettes resemble one another from the exterior, upon closer inspection, the waterproof, windproof, and highly breathable jackets see some differences in craftsmanship.
Dubbed the “EXPLORER PUFF JUMPER “DENALI” POLY TAFFETA GORE-TEX 2L” and “EXPLORER PUFF JUMPER “DENALI” POLY TAFFETA GORE-TEX PACLITE 2.5L,” the jackets differ in their fabric composition. The “POLY TAFFETA GORE-TEX 2L” sees a double-layered outer shell, whereas the “POLY TAFFETA GORE-TEX PACLITE 2.5L” sees two-and-a-half layers of sprayed fabric.
Both jackets offer COMBAT by CLIMASHIELD® lining, which ensures protection and insulation in extreme climate conditions. Each jacket also features subtle co-branding on the sleeves, polished off with a Velcro patch on the left arm. The “2L” lands in beige and navy colorways, and the “2.5L” in royal blue, forest green and black.
