Original Story: Looking ahead to 2024, the return of the collaborative line between the late Kobe Bryant and Nike Basketball looks to be treating fans to plenty of product as first glances at various Nike Kobe 4 Protro, Kobe 6 Protro and Kobe 8 Protro colorways continue to surface.

The latest look to appear is a single image of the return of the Kobe 4 Protro “Philly.” Revisiting the design from 2009, it is set to be making a second appearance 15 years later after a rumor of the shoe’s release spread earlier in 2023. Information regarding the pair is limited, however, the brief preview indicates that Nike is sticking to the original red, white and blue color arrangement. Key details include tonal stars at the collar, a white Nike Kobe logo at the tongue and Bryant’s signature in white at the lateral heel.

At the time of writing, Nike has not shared any release details pertaining to the return of the Kobe 4 Protro “Philly.” Current estimates place this as a summertime launch in 2024 at a price of $180 USD via Nike SNKRS and select retailers. Stay tuned for updates as the brand unravels its plans for the upcoming year.
