Sexyy Red Taps Drake, Soulja Boy and More for "Get It Sexyy" Music Video

Live from the top of her game, Sexyy Red has released the high-energy, star-studded music video for the viral “Get It Sexyy.” The rapper enlisted the likes of Drake – whom she swerves over ICEES – Soulja Boy, her latest internet beau Adin Ross, Rob49, Wizz Havinn, Fabo, and seasoned collaborator and producer Tay Keith for the nostalgic, high-energy visual.
In the Des Gray-directed visual, Sexyy throws it back to the early 2000s. The video opens with Soulja Boy on a vintage Sony TV monitor – that is, until he steps out of the screen to hand Sexyy her “Big Sexyy” sunglasses and lead the “Crank Dat”-inspired “Get it Sexyy” dance.
Drake links with Sexyy at the rollerskating rink’s concession stand. “Yeah that’s Red so I’ll take blue,” Drake says as the server slides over two ICEES. The rapper gets too saucy with the server, activating a sassy Sexyy. “That’s what you like? You lookin’ at her like that’s what you like,” she asserts. “You know what, there’s other n*ggas in here anyway.” Sexyy then dips on Drake to get back to the dancefloor, leaving The Boy to slurp his ICEE solo.
