Netflix Drops First Trailer for 'Pokémon Concierge'

Expanding the existing universe with stop-motion.

Netflix has partnered with The Pokémon Company for a new stop-motion series titled Pokémon Concierge.

The series gives fans a glimpse of where Pokémons go when the need a break. Taking place at a peaceful resort fit for relaxation, the Pokémon’s are looked after by a team of concierges. The storyline follows newcomeer Haru as she learns to take care of the Pokémon guests. The stop-motion film trailer also teases other beloved Pokémon such as Pikachu, Eevee, Dragonite, and Magikarp. As Haru figures out how to make her guests happy, she ends up discovering a new side to herself.

This marks the first-ever collaborative project between Netflix and The Pokémon Company. The English voice cast is led by Karen Fukuhara, alongside Imani Hakim, Josh Keaton, Lori Alan. Pokémon Concierge arrives on December 28 on Netflix.

In other entertainment news, John Wick 5 is officially being written.
