Bad Bunny publicly slammed an AI-generated track mimicking his voice, telling fans that those who enjoyed listening to the song should leave his fanbase.

The artist took to his WhatsApp group to denounce the track, and although he did not specifically name the song, many believe that he is referring to the viral TikTok hit “nostalgIA,” which also “features” vocals from Justin Bieber and Daddy Yankee. “If you like that shitty song that’s viral on Tiktok, get out of this group right now. You don’t deserve to be my friends and that’s why I made the new album, to get rid of people like that,” Business Insider reported, translating the WhatsApp messages from Spanish to English. “I don’t want them on the tour either.”

Benito’s latest project, nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana, debuted at No. 1 and became the fourth all-Spanish album to top the chart.

Elsewhere in music, André 3000 is set to release his first album in 17 years.
