CyHi Links With Pusha T for New Single "Mr. Put That Shit On"
Namedropping some of the world’s biggest brands across the six-minute cut.
CyHi Da Prynce teamed up with Pusha T for his newest track, “Mr. Put That Shit On.”
Clocking in at almost six full minutes, the cut hears Push join CyHi on the chorus as they rap about being some of the best-dressed rappers in the game. The entirety of the track also features name drops of big brands including Off-White, Chrome Hearts, Cartier, Gucci, YSL, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Rick Owens, Bode and more.
CyHi is currently in the process of creating his upcoming project The Story of Mr. EGOT, a concept album that will follow “the fascinating journey of Philip Michael Thomas, an accomplished American actor and musician who coined the term ‘EGOT.’” The artist further added, “Despite his remarkable talents, he has not received nominations for any of these prestigious awards. Mr. Thomas’s impressive career includes starring roles in the iconic 1980s TV series ‘Miami Vice,’ a captivating performance in the 1976 film ‘Sparkle,’ and memorable voiceover in the video game series ‘Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories’ in 2002 and 2006, among other achievements. Each chapter in this narrative pays homage to the art of storytelling, offering a unique perspective on the life of Mr. EGOT, all through the imaginative lens of Cydel ‘CyHi’ Young.”
