Once New Balance takes notice that a particular silhouette is performing well, it never hesitates to go all in and whip it up in a vast array of colorways. Currently, one of the models in its lifestyle category that continues to run up the sales numbers is the 9990v3, and it has just appeared once more in a brand new green and yellow colorway.

In no way is this iteration associated with the University of Oregon, but its palette certainly resonates with the Ducks’ color palette. Its top half comes formed with a blend of different materials including premium pigskin, hairy suede and mesh, most of which is doused with a bright green tone. Smaller accents of yellow pop out through the N logos, while subtle contrasts of white dress up the laces and interior lining. New Balance branding stands out across the tongues in its usual red font while the 990 hits on the lateral heel appear with gray exteriors.

Peep a closer look at the pair in the gallery above and note that they will likely be dropping via New Balance and select retailers in the coming weeks.

In other news, Patta has a 990v3 collaboration on the way.
