Cactus Plant Flea Market Announces Collaboration With McDonald's
Each meal comes with a CPFM-remixed character collectible.
Aside from selling thousands of McChickens and perfectly crisp golden french fries every day, McDonald’s has also found a great deal of success in executing collaborative initiatives with icons in pop culture. The popular fast food chain has more so honed in on the music realm as it tapped high-profile artists like Travis Scott, Kid Cudi, BTS and Saweetie for special meal projects, and now its dipping its feet into the streetwear world via a new collaboration with Cactus Plant Flea Market.
Cynthia Lu’s mysterious imprint has linked up with the golden arches to generate special packaging for the meals — which appear to include either a classic Big Mac or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, a drink and side of fries. In addition to the food, customers will also be treated to a special collectible of either Birdie the Early Bird, Hamburglar, Grimace or Cactus Buddy, all of which have been remixed by CPFM with a doubled-up set of eyes.
You can peep the special meal box and the cutesy toys in the gallery above and expect the collaboration to be available in participating McDonald’s locations starting on October 3, 2022.
