Richardson Links With Rob Pruitt for FW22 Collaboration
Revisiting the artist’s signature glitter pandas.
To begin its sequence of drops and collaborations for the Fall/Winter 2022 season, Richardson has linked up with American artist, Rob Pruitt.
Consisting of limited-edition casual pieces and artwork, the collaboration revisits Pruitt’s signature glitter pandas series. Clothing pieces include a coordinating set with a short sleeve shirt and shorts in an all-over multicolored panda print, a black glitter panda t-shirt, and a glitter panda crewneck sweater. Complimenting these pieces are accessories like a hand-beaded sequin pillow and an eye-catching bucket hat.
Alongside clothing, the capsule includes two original panda paintings by Pruitt. Featuring an abstract design style, the Kingsman Panda and Go Away pieces are done up in shades of indigo and white on canvas. Retailing for $12,000 USD each, the paintings will be available for sale at Richardson’s New York City store in partnership with 303 Gallery.
The Richardson x Rob Pruitt collaborative collection drops at Richardson stores and online on Thursday, August 25 in the US. It will release on Saturday, August 27 in Japan.
