Official Trailer for Post Malone's New Tour Documentary 'Runaway'
Premiering this August.
Post Malone is taking fans behind the scenes in an all-new tour documentary titled Runaway later this summer.
The film is slated to premiere on Amazon‘s Freevee streaming platform in August. The documentary follows Posty on his 2019 North American tour and features exclusive backstage footage, live performances as well as interviews with the rapper and those closest to him. The trailer pinpoints Post Malone’s trajectory and how he has navigated his way through fame and became a legend in his own right.
In the trailer, Post Malone can be heard saying, “Sometimes I feel like I’m not a real person. I’m a goofy kid, I like to have fun, but it’s awesome that people still want to hear what’s next, the evolution. I make this music for everybody else, but everybody gives the same feeling back.” The film is directed by Hector Dockrill. In a statement, Dockrill reveals, “I already knew Post Malone was a force before going on tour. But then, after spending time with him, unfiltered, close, and personal, I very quickly realized he’s unlike anything the world has seen before. He’s a polymath, loyal to his art, a true ‘rock star.’”
Just last month Post Malone unveiled his fourth studio album, Twelve Carat Toothache. Look out for his new documentary on Freevee on August 12.
