Continuing to honor the memory of founder Takeshi “Big-O” Osumi, PHENOMENON has returned with its Fall/Winter 2022 collection. This time around, the cult Japanese label developed an outlook of hybrid design referencing pieces from its archive to create mashup garments defined by mixed material construction and varying aesthetic themes.

The FW22 collection covers everything from flight jackets, windbreakers, hoodies, trousers, jeans and more all expressing signature elements of PHENOMENON. The street forward designs are marked by detailing associated with PHENOMENON’s design history. Standouts include added sleeve pocket MA-1 bomber jackets, flight jackets with 3D cross pouches at the rear and distressed denim decorated with triangular geometric forms.

To showcase the collection, PHENOMENON casted members from Japanese hip-hop crew KANDYTOWN and shot a visual with actor Shuhei Uesugi.

Check out the FW22 collection above and look for the range to be available at select retailers starting early August.
