Louis Vuitton To Open Dedicated Men's Store in Beverly Hills
Marking the House’s eighth freestanding menswear store in the U.S.
Louis Vuitton will open its newest men’s store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills on July 16.
The dedicated men’s location marks the brand’s eighth freestanding location exclusively for menswear in the country and the first in California. Billed as a “travel destination,” the shopping front will offer the Maison’s entire men’s range, with leather goods, accessories, shoes, ready-to-wear, watches and fragrance, as well as a number of heritage categories, including the label’s publishing, signature hard-sided trunks and exclusive Objets Nomades collection.
The shop’s exterior employs grand windows and textured paneling that pays homage to Louis Vuitton’s iconic Epi leather. Inside, the store welcomes guests with an elegant entryway featuring 17-foot ceilings, which leads to the main space where a slew of notable art pieces enliven the space. Among them, a three-dimensional acrylic painting on stainless steel and mirrors by artist Marisa Ferreira captivates one wall, and a “Giant Man” sculpture in a handstand pose from Virgil Abloh’s oeuvre ushers shoppers to the next level. Upstairs, VIP rooms are decorated with commissioned murals by Alex Proba.
The Rode0 Drive outpost will open with an array of pieces from the Fall/Winter 2022 collection designed by Louis Vuitton’s late Men’s Artistic Director Virgil Abloh, which was crafted with the visionary’s core “boyhood” philosophy. Elsewhere, the Tambour watch will celebrate 20 years at the storefront with a slew of honorary styles.
