Official Images of the Billie Eilish x Nike Air Force 1 High "Sequoia"
The multi-strapped look makes its return.
Throughout 2022, Nike has balanced tapping into new talent and reconnecting with existing collaborators. One such partner Nike has worked with previously is pop sensation Billie Eilish. In 2021, Eilish joined the Swoosh by collaborating with Jordan Brand on the Air Jordan 1 KO and Air Jordan 15. Now, this year she reworked the Air Force 1 High with a “Mushroom” colorway that introduced additional straps throughout. Elaborating on this project, a “Sequoia” colorway that popped up earlier this year is now slated to release.
Once again, Eilish opts for a completely tonal look on the Air Force 1 High, this time utilizing a green referred to as “Sequoia.” The signature five strap upper returns as her version of the sneaker draws inspiration from the Alpha Force Low and Air Trainer 3. Emphasizing sustainability, Eilish prioritized Earth-friendly materials, this time utilizing a synthetic nubuck leather on the upper. Callouts to the duo’s partnership land on the sockliner and dubraes to complete the superstar-approved look.
A release for the next entry in the Billie Eilish x Nike Air Force 1 High series is set for later this year. Priced at $170 USD, Nike and select retailers are expected to carry this pair.
