Nike Reveals 2022 MLB All-Star Game Jerseys
Inspired by the City of Angels.
With the 2022 MLB All-Star Game fast approaching early next week in Los Angeles, Nike has revealed a vareity of uniform designs to honor the City of Angels.
Gearing up for the star-studded MLB weekend, the sportswear giant has released new designs including a contrasting design for the American League team in dark grey and the National League team in white. On the right sleeve, a game patch pays homage to the host club, which are the Los Angeles Dodgers this year.
In addition to the new jerseys, Nike has also debuted new designs for the Nike MLB City Connect series. Seven new clubs including the Colorado Rockies, Houston Astros, Kansas City Royals, Los Angeles Angels, Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres, and the Washington Nationals all receive an updated rendition of their jerseys. The designs make sure to highlight the MLB clubs at the center of the design. Each club shared with Nike city-specific mottos and local inspirations to create memorable and unique jerseys for each of the teams and their communities.
