Archive Editions Presents Daniel Arsham's "Arsham RSA" at BELOWGROUND
Featuring an exclusive first release of the ‘ERODED CARRERA RS’ sculptural collectible edition in “White.”
Driven by Daniel Arsham‘s longstanding obsession with automobiles, Archive Editions and the lauded New York-based contemporary artist have come together for the global debut of “Arsham RSA.” Taking over BELOWGROUND at Hong Kong’s Landmark Atrium, the experience celebrates the design language of a customized 1973 Porsche Carrera RS 2.7 in light yellow with blue accents, accompanied by a warm corduroy brown interior.
The special pop-up features the release of a limited-edition capsule collection carrying over the exterior and interior elements of the iconic customized sports car. The “Arsham RSA” range is led by hoodies, long-sleeve T-shirts and short-sleeve T-shirts in a selection of tones, marked with reinterpretations of the Arsham RSA logo and related graphics. Accompanying the apparel are items like a weekend bag, tote bags, CASETiFY iPhone cases and ashtrays, carrying similar striking decoration.
Additionally, to mark the launch of the pop-up, an exclusive first release of Daniel Arsham’s ERODED CARRERA RS sculptural collectible edition in “White” will also be released. Available in limited quantities, the collectible stands as a representation of the 1973 Carrera RS 2.7 Touring sports car with erosion details that frame the car model as a relic from a future archaeological dig site.
