Paramount+ has released an official trailer of the rebooted version. The trailer revealed the new version will be hosted by battle rapper Conceited and DJ Diamond Kuts. According to the teaser, the format fo the show will feature, “mic-dropping cyphers, original videos, iconic tributes and performances you won’t see anywhere else.” The artists revealed to appear in the show feature Freddie Gibbs, DaBaby, Latto, Saba and more.

Since its debut in 1988, the show has been a major hit amongst hip-hop fans. The show was originally hosted by Fab 5 Freddy, and later Dr. Dre, T Money and Ed Lover. Yo!
