Official Look at the Travis Scott x Nike Air Trainer 1
“Grey Haze” and “Wheat” colorways are packaged with detachable shrouds.
After the tragic events that transpired at the last Astroworld Festival, Nike felt it was appropriate to hold off on all product launches that were tied to Travis Scott until the smoke was clear. But now that the H-town rapper has gradually made his way back into the spotlight with billboard teasers of his newest album and performances at various events, it seems as though the Swoosh is finally ready to release his next collaborations. The Cactus Jack head honcho has readied a batch of Air Max 1s and Air Trainer 1s, the latter of which have just been revealed by way of official imagery.
Two colorways are involved in this capsule: the “Wheat” and the “Grey Haze.” Both pairs are rife with special details. You’ll find Cactus Corporation spell-outs land on the forefoot straps as well as the heels while the tongues swap out the usual Nike logos for Scott’s latest signature logo. In addition, the shoes come with protective shrouds that are detachable and can be buttoned onto the various bolts across the mid-foot and forefoot. Medial side Swooshes arrive in reversed fashion and the Cactus Jack logo is printed on the left inserts.
Early reports have these slated to drop on May 27 via Nike for $140 USD a pop.
In other news, images of the upcoming Billie Eilish x Nike Air Force 1 Low have surfaced.
