Primitive Connects With Hamburg’s 1010 for New Psychedelic-Inspired Collection
Tapping into 1010’s recently-discovered NFT interest.
Following last month’s special edition capsule with drumstick and cymbal manufacturer Zildjian, skate brand Primitive Skateboarding has now launched its summer “Exploration” collection for 2022.
Collaborating with Hamburg-based artist 1010 (ten-ten), this new drop takes inspiration from 1010’s recent ventures into the world of NFTs. A number of short and long sleeved T-shirts have been included in the capsule, with the designs taking on a minimalist color pallet for the foundation, while also making room for 1010’s psychedelic printed designs.
The remainder of the Primitive Summer 2020 collection also features in-house graphics and prints on tees and hoodies. Keeping things practical and ideal for life on the skateboard, the Titan Hooded Vest comes equipped with utility pockets, while the Streets Zip-Up Hoodie has been designed with heavy embroidery of traditional tattoo-inspired graphics.
The Primitive x 1010 “Exploration” collection can be seen above and is available to purchase on the official Primitive website and also at select retailers.
