Shake Shack Taps Maker’s Mark for a Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Menu
Featuring a sweet and savory bourbon bacon jam made with Maker’s Mark Kentucky Bourbon.
For its latest collaboration, Shake Shack has tapped Maker’s Mark for a Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Menu. The limited-time-only offering features a new Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Burger and Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich. Both items feature a sweet and savory bourbon bacon jam made with Maker’s Mark Kentucky Bourbon. The jam marries the notes of vanilla, caramel and oak found in the iconic Maker’s Mark Kentucky bourbon with bacon that is smoked for six hours using real hardwood applewood.
The Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Burger is a white cheddar cheeseburger made with fresh 100% Angus beef, topped with bourbon bacon jam made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, crispy shallots and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun. While the Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich consists of a crispy, whole white meat chicken breast topped with white cheddar cheese and bourbon bacon jam made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon over pickles on a toasted potato bun. Both offerings carry a sweet and savory flavor accented by hints of wood and smoke with a bit of heat.
The Bourbon Bacon Cheddar Menu is available now for exclusive early access via the Shack App and will see an official release nationwide at Shake Shack locations May 6.
