Last year, Junya Watanabe MAN‘s eYe Junya Watanabe MAN label unveiled its Spring/Summer 2022 collaboration with iconic Harajuku, Tokyo vintage store BerBerJin. Highly anticipated by fans of the brand and store, the first drop of the BerBerJin x eYe Junya Watanabe MAN SS22 collaboration is now available. The special range faithfully reproduces the vintage items sourced from BerBerJin through digital scanning and printing to transfer and reproduce realistic textures.

Leading the range are reproductions with Levi’s of the classic 506XXE T-Back Jacket and 1922 model 501XX constructed of a nylon chino material complete with accurate stitching and belt loops accompanied by suspender buttons. Another standout is a leather rider jacket inspired by styles from the 1950s and 1960s. Along with an American L-2 Flight Jacket and Military Pants marked with vintage weathered detailing.

Priced between ¥52,800 and ¥99,000 JPY (approximately $423 and $793 USD), the first releases of the BerBerJin x eYe Junya Watanabe MAN SS22 collaboration is available now at select retailers.

For more contemporary fashion, Hiroshi Fujiwara recently revealed the fragment design x HEYTEA collaboration.
