b.Eautiful's Pocari T-Shirt Celebrates the History of the Japanese Sports Drink
Highlighting the iconic look of Pocari Sweat.
Aside from being known as a platform for showcasing artists, designers, architects, musicians, photographers, filmmakers, and other entities from Japan, b.Eautiful is also lauded for its simplistic one-off releases tied to its content. Most notably, the Instagram account’s Pocari T-Shirt released years back. Following heavy follower requests, b.Eautiful has brought back its popular Pocari Sweat-inspired style for a limited time only.
The Pocari T-Shirt features a clean 100% cotton white base marked with Japanese artist Masaaki Sato’s take on the Japanese sports drink, manufactured by Otsuka Pharmaceutical, at the rear. Utilizing his signature hyper-realistic airbrush artistic sensibility, Sato rendered the iconic look of a retro can of Pocari Sweat complete with condensation beads. The print is also accompanied by technical details of the Pocari Sweat can written in Japanese and English below.
The front of the shirt features Pocari Sweat’s logo on the left of the chest and a brief biography of Masaaki Sato in Japanese lower on the shirt.
Priced at $42 USD, the Pocari T-Shirt is available now for pre-order until April 24, 11:59 p.m. EDT on b.Eautiful’s website with shipping set for May 30.
