Two stars from the original Fresh Prince of Bel-Air series will appear in an upcoming episode of Peacock’s Bel-Air reboot.

According to reports, Daphne Maxwell Reid, who portrayed Aunt Viv from the fourth season onwards, and Vernee Watson-Johnson, who portrayed Will Smith’s mother Vy, will guest star in Bel-Air as new characters. They will be playing the roles of Helen and Janice, two Art Council Board of Trustee members, on the episode premiering on March 24.

Peacock’s Bel-Air reboot is a dramatic take on the cult comedy classic and is executive produced by Will Smith and Quincy Jones, and stars a brand new cast: Jabari Banks as Will Smith, Cassandra Freeman as Aunt Viv, Adrian Holmes as Uncle Phil, Olly Sholotan as Carlton, Coco Jones as Hilary, Akira Akbar as Ashley, Jimmy Akingbola as Geoffrey and Jordan L. Jones as Jazz.

Elsewhere in entertainment, The Walking Dead announced its fifth spinoff, Isle of the Dead.
