Eminem’s Shady Records Nike Air Max 97s Are on Sale for $50,000 USD
But you can’t wear them.
A limited-edition pair of Eminem Shady Records x Nike Air Max 97 have been put up for sale at The RealReal ahead of Air Max Day 2022.
The rare sneakers — which were first released as a part of a charity collaboration back in 2006 — are one of only eight pairs created, and have surfaced on the luxury marketplace for $50,000 USD.
Doused in a pleasing brown, orange and blue color combination with a message across the toe-box reading “D-12 and Big Proof 4 ever”, the sneaker is rounded out with a Shady Records logo on its lateral side and comes with original tags.
While you might be tempted to cop and sport these out and about, the post does highlight that the pair are unfortunately “unwearable due to their age”, so are for “collection purposes only”.
