FOMO MOFO and UNIQLO Link Up for a UTme! Customizable Collection
Portions of the proceeds are to be donated to Hawaii Foodbank and children in Ukraine.
Following a number of recent collaborations with Pokémon, Disney and The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), UNIQLO and its UTme! arm are linking up with Jasper Wong’s FOMO MOFO NFT community to debut a customizable collection.
Out of FOMO MOFO’s 8,008 unique NFTs drawn by Wong himself, the collaboration will feature 30 FOMIES characters chosen by the community’s NFT holders. Each unique character is embellished with the artist’s signature colorful and animated manner with individual traits inspired by the vibrant world. Fans are able to customize their own T-shirt and tote bag with their selection of FOMIES.
As Wong’s homeland is Honolulu, Hawaii, the collection looks to honor the state’s community with exclusivity specific to UNIQLO Hawaii. Donations will be offered to Hawaii Foodbank to support families in need. The joint effort will also be aiding affected children in eastern Ukraine with portions of the proceeds to be donated to the charitable foundation, Voices of Children.
