The Nike BE-DO-WIN Is Back in a Grown Brown/Cream Colorway
Featuring Nike’s new Octowaffle outsole.
Nike returns with its sustainable casual shoe/sneaker-hybrid — the BE-DO-WIN — in a new subtle colorway.
While the debut release saw colorblocking on multiple panels, signaling a modern adaptation of the ’80s Bedouin model from Nike, this new colorway very well could have come out of a ’90s ACG catalog.
This release sees tonal brown across the shoe’s uppers in a mixture of premium leather along with suede used for the toebox and tongue. Setting this apart from being a full “dad” silhouette is the unique recycled crepe-like Octowaffle outsole. This sole unit really reinforces the upcycled theme as bits of the outsole have been Frankensteined together for a lumpy look that offers stable support.
This BE-DO-WIN is finished with a circular rainbow “BE-DO-WIN” logo at the heel, a cork-like insole, and woven hemp shoelaces.
These will retail for $130 USD and are set to drop in the coming months.
