MIDNIGHT STUDIOS Relaunches With its SS22 "WELCOME TO THE MACHINE" Collection
A Season 0 return by designer Shane Gonzales.
Following the Shane Gonzales runway debut, the designer has now readied the release of MIDNIGHT STUDIOS by Shane Gonzales’ Spring/Summer 2022 collection. Serving as a relaunch for the label founded in 2014, the Season 0 range titled “WELCOME TO THE MACHINE,” saw a star-studded debut at the iconic El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles at the top of the month and ushers in a new direction for Gonzales.
The SS22 collection shares the maturity of the imprint known best for its streetwear offerings delving deeper into the world of tailoring. Contemporary suiting adorn with beading details, while more casual items like velour tracksuits are accented by leather piping and denim sets express Western styling. Other standouts include aux mohair sweaters, sheer tanks, and T-shirts with signature motifs. Included in the range is also the BROOKLYN BOX TRUNK BAGS, available in three sizes, the carrying option takes the shape of a boombox to pay homage to the brand’s musical roots.
