Copenhagen-based label mfpen has returned with its Spring/Summer 2022 collection, continuing to explore materiality and fabrication. The new collection also incorporates a nod to the balance between leisure and business wear, with inspiration coming from the commute home from the office.

In particular, the collection draws on the feeling of loosening up and feeling free from work. The mixture of the two worlds is shown through oversized shirting and relaxed knitwear. All of the pieces — which also includes houndstooth jackets, trench coats and suiting-inspired trousers — are constructed using luxury Italian deadstock fabric, as well as organic cotton and recycled yarns for the knitwear.

Take a look through the collection in the gallery above. mfpen’s SS22 collection is available alongside its latest Adieu collaboration from the label’s web store.

In other fashion news, nanamica recently unveiled an exclusive new jacket equipped with GORE-TEX functionality.
