For Spring/Summer 2022, Japanese outerwear label Goldwin has honed in on the theme of harmonization for inspiration, in particular between human and nature, body and mind, and functionality and simplicity.

The label’s signature minimal aesthetic is met with innovative, high-performance tech, to craft a capsule fitting for an active, outdoor lifestyle whether amongst nature or pounding the city streets.

Arriving under one of three brand categories — outdoor, lifestyle and athletic — SS22 keeps one eye on a sustainable approach in terms of the materials and techniques used, while the other focuses on its sleek and modern design.

The accompanying lookbook underlines Goldwin’s ability to overcome boundaries, with a selection of comfortable oversized looks met with more functional ensembles. W Cloth Jackets and Urban City numbers meet the first criteria to a tee, while lightweight ripstop jackets, thermal hoodies and Pertex Pullovers certainly fit the functionality bill.

Take a look at both the lifestyle and outdoor SS22 lookbooks in the slideshow above, or shop the full collection (including the athletic capsule) via the Goldwin webstore.
