Drake's NOCTA x Nike Hot Step Air Terra Receives an Official Release Date
Launching in “Triple White” and “Triple Black” colorways.
Having already linked up with Jordan Brand for several footwear collaborations atop the Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 10, Air Jordan 12 and more, Drake is now ready to enter the next chapter of his footwear legacy by debuting his first signature shoe with Nike. To kick off the month of March, the hit-making rapper will finally be rolling out the highly-anticipated NOCTA x Nike Hot Step Air Terra in “Triple White” and “Triple Black” colorways.
NOCTA‘s apparel collections that have hit the market thus far have reflected the Toronto-bred artist’s affinity for functional and sporty pieces, and it’s with elements of this blended with the retro familiarity of Nike Sportswear‘s catalog that are utilized to create the new sneaker silhouette. Base layers are done up with a minimalistic pebbled leather build that’s anchored by the segmented diagonal panels that make up the sides. Reflective 3M hits are a key component of the kicks as they show face on the lateral and medial walls, heels and down the throat. Heels are shaped with triangular overlays on the sides in a similar fashion to the Nike Air Max Tailwind IV, and branding is present via tiny Swooshes on the lateral heels and lower throat as well as NOCTA’s emblem on the tongue. G-Tek traction technology is integrated into the sole unit to supply wearers with a plushy ride.
