The Latest DAIWA PIER39 and FreshService Collaboration Is About the Fashionable Fisherman
Marking the third joint project between the two brands.
In line with their recent Spring/Summer 2022, DAIWA PIER39 recently unveiled a collection focusing on function and comfort. Now, joining forces with FreshService, both brands have unveiled a third capsule collection, highlighting the label’s inherent fisherman aesthetic.
This capsule comments on the possibility of city life co-existing with the sport of fishing, providing a new ideal of fisherman city chic. Focusing on key staples that elevate a casual look through attention to detailing, the collection is made up of a selection of wool and polyester pieces suitable for the in-between seasons. An oversized jacket featuring inner pockets takes the form of a laid-back blazer while a pair of oversized matching trousers are redesigned to ensure comfort for the wearer. The set comes in classic black, giving the outfit a look of understated elegance while being a completely functional and versatile piece. The collaboration also features a FreshService bucket hat, a staple to any fisherman and a street style accessory fit for the bustling metropolitan.
