Feng Chen Wang and UGG Present Inaugural Apparel Designs in Third Collaboration
Featuring two-in-one faux fur coats, color-blocked fleece hoodies and more.
Following the debut of a sheepskin boot-turned-sandal for Spring/Summer 2021 and a three-in-one boot for Fall/Winter 2021, Feng Chen Wang and UGG have teamed up for a third collaboration — this time, however, the familiar joint effort includes the duo’s first-ever apparel items.
For Fall/Winter 2022, the Chinese designer fuses UGG’s plushy design codes with its own multidimensional style, resulting in an eclectic lineup of hybrid, cold-weather staples and updated footwear. At first glance, the collection appears utilitarian — in one corner, a long, faux-fur coat and short brown jacket feature removable arms for vest transformation, along with chest and side pockets; and in another, fleece hoodies and pants don textural color blocking with ample pockets from head-to-toe. Accessories top it off: a wool beanie mimics the contrasting nature of the aforementioned fleece sets with differing textiles, and a black bucket hat fronts a massive central zipper.
In footwear, the range delivers the UGG x Feng Chen Wang sandal, which deconstructs the former label’s most timeless silhouette with two modular elements: a buckle-adjusted sandal and a snug boot liner. Additionally, the collab welcomes the ultra-cozy Slide in all-black and a statement-making pink-grey colorway, alongside reinvented iterations of the partnership’s previously-debuted silhouettes.
