Following up on its recent collaboration with A.P.C. for the new Gel-Sonoma, ASICS has just presented an all-new iteration of the shoe — and this time, it’s a solo effort from the footwear specialist who has given the sneaker an “Olive/Grey/Ivy” makeover.

Designed with a mesh upper, the shoes include rounded rubber laces. Additionally, speckles of light green are used across the paneled detailing taking over the heels, lateral sides, and toe cap. Furthermore, customary ASICS branding can be spotted on the leather patch on the tongue, while further branding has been embroidered into the rubber lace locks and heel.

Textile and suede fabrications have been applied to the sneaker’s upper and rounding off the design, the shoe’s rubber midsole and outsole have been designed with SpEVA and AHARPLUS — this is used to encourage long-distance wear, while also giving the foot added spring and support when running or walking at fast speeds.

You can take a closer look at the new GEL-1130 from ASICS above and it is available on the official ASICS website and with select retailers such as Tres Bien now for approximately $115 USD.
