Continuing the label’s usual hybrid aesthetics, the festive lineup consists of unisex knitwear silhouettes that vary from pullovers, and cardigans, to blousons. These pieces are rendered in a monochromic color palette of leopard print, or a paisley-like “Bandana Jacquard” pattern, that can also be spotted on socks and scarves in the collection.
The highlighted accessory is the Souvenir Jacquard Knit Scarf, which comes in two colorways and is decked with vintage-inspired all-over illustrations. The jewelry features bracelets and earrings in sacai’s Logo Anchor construction, which makes for a simple yet understated accessory. The holiday collection also offers the Colotan in a Zantan construction, available as a medium-sized toy, or as a key charm.
As for outerwear, sacai offers four jacket styles in the label’s hallmarked hybrid build in the form of denim front and fastenings, mixed with either nylon taffeta or rip-stop puffer panels. The jackets are online exclusive and won’t be available in stores.
Currently, only 28 items from the collection, priced between $75 – $1,865 USD are released on sacai’s official website. Although no formal dates have been announced regarding the release of the rest of the collection, it is likely that it will be ready in the coming weeks leading to Christmas.
