Following a several year hiatus, Nike is revisiting its P-6000 sneaker for 2023. The retro-inspired runner debuted in 2019 and saw various old-school colorways grace the model before making a quiet exit in 2020. Its design pulls directly from old Nike Pegasus models such as the Pegasus 2006, delivering a modern spin on archival models.

Appearing in “Metallic Silver,” the sneaker is no stranger to the color scheme with it bearing a look of the same name in 2019. However, Nike has opted to update the presentation with a sleeker, less shiny finish. Various mesh fabrics find themselves intertwined throughout the complicated upper’s line-heavy design. Shades of silver and light gray combine, putting the shine on the overlays and black metallic Swooshes. A nod to the silhouette appears with “P-6000” text at the lateral heel while “Bowerman Series” text at the lacing system points to its running heritage. Black appears where the upper and white midsole meets, as well as at the rubber outsole, completing the runner’s fresh new colorway.

Early information regarding the Nike P-6000 “Metallic Silver” suggests a 2023 return for the sneaker. Look for it to arrive in women’s sizing next year via Nike and select retailers.

For more news from the Swoosh, following the release of Her Loss, Drake and his collaborative NOCTA line have dropped their Hot Step sneaker in two new colorways.
