Nike’s Air Max TW Is Sitting Pretty in "Red Clay"
Featuring oversized Air bubbles and translucent windows.
Nike has just presented its Air Max TW in a “Red Clay” colorway.
The sneaker borrows cues from the Air Max Tailwind — and some elements from the Air Max 270 React ENG — however this fairly new addition to the Nike footwear family is one of the many refreshed models from the Air Max line, again molding retro features into a more modernized and contemporary look. As a whole, the shoe welcomes shades of “Light Bone,” “Olive Grey,” and “Summit White” and its eye-catching design looks to merge both comfort and style through its lightweight upper and haptic detailing.
Additionally, the shoe also features “Olive Grey” leather around the collar and toe box, while hues of white and red complement the customary Nike branding. Rounding off the design, the sneaker’s repeating linework is emphasized on the upper, while the Nike Air logo on the heel and small lateral Swooshes are reintroduced. Lastly, the Tailwind-inspired sole unit features oversized Air bubbles and five translucent windows to create a bouncy and comfortable stride.
You can have a closer look at the Nike Air Max TV “Red Clay” above and it will be available on the official Nike website and with select retailers in the coming weeks.
Elsewhere in footwear, Kobe Bryant’s adidas Crazy 1 “Lakers Home” colorway is getting reissued.
