Albion’s "Zoa" Collection Wants Life to Be Functional on and off Bike
The London-based label heads to the Cambrian Mountains in Wales.
London-based cycling label Albion has just presented its Fall/Winter 2022 collection — and it blends a selection of recycled materials with sustainable fabrics across a variety of outerwear styles.
The new collection marks just over a year since Albion’s new lead designer, Raeburn, joined the team after he was previously the lead designer at Rapha. And with this in mind, Raeburn now has his feet firmly under the table and Albion’s latest collection sees the team head to the Cambrian Mountains in Wales to show off its latest “Zoa” collection.
The new collection is all centered around life being functional, both on and off the bike. “Zoa” presents new pieces that allow explorers to stay outdoors for longer without compromising on protection and the label has achieved this through using fabrications such as Pertex® Shield Air and Pertex® Quantum. For the styles, the collection consists of hooded and insulated jackets, hooded shell jackets, and corresponding waterproof trousers.
Rounding off the drop, Albion has also included a new Burner Musette which is an insulated carrying bag and it can be worn across the rider’s front as as well as an additional protective layer for added warmth. In addition, the bag is crafted from 100% recycled Pertex Quantum face fabric and Primaloft Gold Eco Insulation and also features an adjustable, removable stablizing strap system.
You can have a closer look at the “Zoa” collection from Albion Cycling above and it is available now on the brand’s official website.
