Get Colorful With This Nike Air Max 97 Terrascape
The sustainably-minded silhouette returns in a bold arrangement.
Recent years have challenged brands as consumers continue to emphasize the importance of sustainability in an ever-changing world. As a leading manufacturer in apparel and footwear, Nike continues to find new ways to appropriately respond to the call to action. One such approach that the Swoosh has implemented is the integration of recycled materials in sneaker offerings. Designing an entire Air Max series that has been given the Terrascape tag, Nike has opted to embrace these sustainably-minded material compositions as it creates complementary looks for elements such as its Nike Grind sole units.
Expanding on its Move to Zero journey, Nike now presents the Air Max 97 Terrascape in a vibrant new colorway. The classic runner features a large Swoosh below its lateral collar in its Terrascape form. With this particular presentation of the updated silhouette, a mustard yellow is joined by maroon and navy hits throughout the mixed material upper. Black also appears at various spots at the upper, as well as with the Nike Grind sole that reveals maroon Air units to complete the look.
Release for this newest colorway of the Nike Air Max 97 Terrascape is expected to take place in the coming months via Nike and select retailers at a price of $185 USD. Stay tuned for more information and take an official look at the pair above.
