French audio technology company Devialet is committed to providing exceptional sound that does not compromise design. Now, the company is expanding its catalog with the new Mania portable smart speaker.

A first for the company, the new hi-fi speaker offers 360-degree sound created by Active Stereo Calibration (ASC), full-range drivers and Speaker Active Matching (SAM)-powered sub-woofers. With ASC, the speaker’s four microphones and adaptive technology allow its audio to fit any environment – whether that be in the center, corner or rear of a room. The remaining audio components like the drivers and sub-woofers offer robust sound in frequencies ranging from 30Hz to 20,000 Hz.

Coming in black and gray, the speaker features a spherical woven fabric and polished material design. The Mania also includes a special Paris Opéra edition that includes 24-carat moon gold detailing.

Check out the gallery above for a look at the smart speaker. Priced at $790 USD for the main version and $990 USD for the Paris Opéra edition, the Devialet Mania is available now online and at select retailers.
