Pharrell's adidas Hu NMD Animal Print Goes Gray
Another exotic colorway for the duo’s iconic silhouette.

An unstoppable duo, Pharrell Williams and the adidas Originals team continue to push the boundaries of footwear and apparel each year. Between collaborative clothing collections and new sneaker colorways and silhouettes, there’s always something fresh in store for fans of the Three Stripes and Skateboard P. Earlier this year, adidas revealed Pharrell’s latest theme to hit the Hu NMD to be an “Animal Print” set of colorways. With each one featuring a cheetah print on its knit upper, various wild looks have been released. However, in “Ash/Gray/Core Black,” the two offer a grayscale palette to the theme.
Following the announcement of a collaborative Humanrace Samba pack earlier today, adidas has now shown off another Hu NMD Animal Print. The sneaker’s typical stretch knit upper favors gray with black cheetah spots throughout. Rope laces in another gray hue loop through the semi-translucent TPU cage in gray, matching its accompanying Hu NMD midsole plugs. From there, a gray full-length BOOST midsole is joined by a black rubber outsole to complete the look.
Look for Pharrell’s latest installment in his adidas Hu NMD “Animal Print” collection to land on shelves November 21 via adidas and select retailers at a price of $220 USD.
In case you missed it, one of adidas’ newest slip-on silhouettes, the Rovermule Adventure, has been prepared in a “Cardboard” colorway.
