adidas Covers Its Rovermule Adventure in Shades of "Cardboard"
Featuring a neoprene upper with customary Three Stripe branding on the side.
Hot on the heels of its “Off White” iteration of the Rovermule Adventure silhouette, adidas has just presented its latest version of the sneaker in an “Aluminium/Halo Blush/Cardboard” colorway.
Over recent times, it has felt like laces have become old news, especially for the Three Stripe. The footwear giant has had huge success with slip-on designs, such as the YEEZY FOAM RNNR, YEEZY SLIDE, and Adilette 22. And while these silhouettes have all endured huge amounts of popularity in their own right, the Rovermule Adventure is quickly carving its own lane with its futuristic approach to comfortable footwear.
The sneaker combines design inspiration from the 2000s with features from its outdoor-specific sneakers, and in turn, has created a distinctive look that boasts a neoprene upper with a customary Three Stripe logo on the rubber outsole. Also coming packed with a collapsible heel, the silhouette can be worn as a mule or sneaker, while the shoe’s regular fit will keep things snug, yet agile.
Rounding off the design the Rovermule Adventure is finished with a minimalistic textile lining that brings the soft beige and brown hues together.
