The 10-second body scan creates a 3D model digital twin that is converted into a pattern that will go into the made-fit-you denim, once users select style, fabric, waist height, thread color, and length. The entire process pushes the fashion industry into a new era of production and consumption.

Adding to its custom-fit jean lineup, unspun is now introducing the perfect baggy fit. The ’90s-inspired jeans express a relaxed, stylish look with a generous cut in the seat, thigh, and knee areas. Each 12 oz by Kipas pair is constructed of 100 percent pre-consumer recycled cotton with a low rise and long hem length.
