In celebration of Nike‘s 40th anniversary of the Air Force 1, the company has released yet another special colorway, this time inspired by San Francisco’s Chinatown neighborhood. The neighborhood has been a long-standing staple in the community, having been established in 1848. It is considered to be the largest Chinatown outside of Asia and the oldest in North America.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low features a na all-white leather upper, featuring pink gradient accents both on the Swoosh and the midsole. The shoe sees a lotus flower accent debossed on the lateral heel in pink stitching to match the gradient The same gradient is seen on the tongue label, which features gold detailing. The lotus flower and gold foil branding and Chinese characters can also be seen on the insoles. The shoe sits atop an icy translucent outsole to round out the design.

Check out the Nike Air Force 1 Low “San Francisco Chinatown” above and watch for its release in the coming months, slated for January 2023 in select retailers and on Nike for $150 USD.

In case you missed it, Nike Dunk Low gets hit with the vibrant “Citron Pulse” colorway.
