After debuting its new retail store in Milan’s Magenta district, Maserati has now unveiled a bespoke Barbie version of its latest Grecale SUV in collaboration with Mattel. Said to be inspired by the Barbiecore phenomenon, the project is driven by the mutual desire to break boundaries and showcase the unique flair of both brands.

The U.S. exclusive seen above will benefit the Barbie Dream Gap Project, the Barbie brand’s initiative that works with charities to promote equal opportunity for girls. Designed within the Trident’s Fuoriserie program, Barbie pink hues cover the exteriors, sealed in an iridescent topcoat that displays a rainbow effect on sunny days. Sleek black interiors feature full-leather touches across the seats, dashboards, carpets, and doors with pink accent stitching and bespoke “B” badges.

The Barbie Maserati Grecale arrives as its ultra-limited Fuoriserie edition and will deliver just two custom units worldwide. As a Trofeo version, the special Grecale is powered by a 530-hp V6 Nettuno engine, reaching 60 mph in 3.6 seconds with a 177-mph top speed.

Take a closer look at the first Barbie x Maserati Grecale above. The custom model is said to cost $330,000 USD. Details for the second custom unit will be announced next year.
