New Balance Made in U.K. Prepares Muted 920 and 991 Pack
The two-part pack features suede “Castle Rock” uppers and navy-colored accents.
New Balance’s British Flimby-based factory has powered through 40 years of quality releases, crafting various premium silhouettes that stand alone. As the base celebrates its anniversary, New Balance is promoting several kicks to keep an eye on. Following the arrival of a minimalistic 1500, the imprint’s Made in U.K. line sees a muted pack featuring the 920 and 991.
The forthcoming duo sees the lifestyle silhouettes mutually fashioned in laid-back suede “Castle Rock” uppers and navy-colored leather trimmings that hit the toe boxes, forefeet, and ankle areas. Grey mesh underpinnings are seen throughout both pairs, matching nicely with medial “N” insignia delivered in gentle tones of grey and silver.
Dual-colored leather tongue tags draw the finish line, embroidered with “Made in England” lettering and model numbers. Two-toned ENCAP sole units complete the designs, sharing joint cushioning for a comfortable ride.
The New Balance Made in U.K. 920 and 991 pack will be available on October 20 at select retailers such as Asphaltgold for Є229 EUR and Є239 EUR (approximately $225 USD and $235 USD).
Elsewhere in the world of footwear, the New Balance 550 is readied with “Blue Groove” accents.
