Reach for the Stars in Garment Project’s Cloud Snow Boot This Winter

Copenhagen-based label Garment Project has just presented a new Cloud Snow Boot that looks to take on the winter season. The boot has come hot on the heels of its collaboration with Ebbets Field, where the duo reworked Ebbet’s signature canvas ball caps by adding American sports influences which were reminiscent of traditional baseball merchandise. However, Garment Project is now back on its solo mission and is directing its focus toward outdoor excursions.

With this in mind, the new Cloud Snow Boot — which comes in “Black Nylon” and “Army Nylon” colorways — is constructed with a blend of high-quality leather and water-resistant nylon, with the boot’s inner being made from thermic nylon that keeps feet warm and dry. And while padded boots have experienced a rise in popularity over recent times — thanks to boots like Suicoke’s Pepper or Moon Boot’s Icon — Garment Project has curated something that moves into a more luxury space with similarities close to Moncler’s Gaia Snow Boots, yet GP’s Cloud Snow Boot is a fraction of the price. Rounding off the boot’s design, it features a chunky Italian Eva sole, as well as an anti-bacterial memory foam insole that’s used to prioritize comfort alongside cleanliness.
